Getting Ready for Neely's 1st birthday and Gabe's 3rd birthday

I've been trying to get ready for Gabe and Neely's birthdays...I finally finished Neely's birthday invitation.  I actually made it on photoshop.  I hope that it turns out cute!!  Now I have to call and find someone to make 2 cakes in 2 weeks!  I need a cupcake cake for Neely and a dinosaur cake for Gabe.  He is very excited about his dinosaur birthday party at Pump it Up.  In the middle of all this I'm trying to pack them for their 10 DAY stay in Mississippi and my week vacation in Mexico!  I'm not sure why I feel a little stressed out :)!!  I'm also looking forward to having my Aunt MocMoc, Katie Jo and my mom's visit.  My mom and Aunt MocMoc are driving up WITH MY BABIES!!! and will be here the day we get back from Mexico, and Katie Jo will be flying in from NYC on that Thursday.  I'm looking forward to the 4 of us being together...SO MUCH FUN!!!

Gabe's 1st Time Bowling!!

Tonight we (Audrey, Mrs. Jill, Neely and I) took Gabe bowling.  I wasn't sure how he would like it, especially the shoes, but he had a GREAT time!  I wasn't surprised that he wasn't excited about putting on the fashionable bowling shoes.... he said "EWWW  YUCK...mommy please don't take my socks off, that would be yuck!!"  But he didn't put up a fight, put them on, picked out a BLUE ball and off we went!  It was really fun, and I'm so sad that David missed it.  Oh well, it looks like we'll be visiting the bowling ally again VERY soon!!!

Maybe I'm bias, but don't I have CUTE kids!!!

The other night we were just playing around... which brings me to the question, why is it that kids play with things they're not suppose to play with instead of the 50,000 toys they have????  I'm sure that is the million dollar question for all of us with kids!!  I took some snap shots and I just wanted to share them!
