My Mom and Dad came to visit us over Labor Day. We had such a great time. We went to Deana Rose, which is a petting zoo, play ground, etc. Gabe LOVES this place. He loves to feed the goats, ducks, lambs and he even was able to "pump" a fake cow!! How "awesome". We also spent ALL DAY at the KC Zoo. It was our first time to go to the KC Zoo. It was really nice because all the animals were out, but it's SO VERY spread out that you had to walk a very long way to get from one exhibit to the next. Gabe's favorite animal at the zoo were the monkeys (maybe because he's such a monkey himself!) He also got to feed some birdies, and one even landed on Pop's shoulder! And last, but not least he road the "round and round" not once, but twice!!! Oh, and Neely had a great time doing all of this too! She was such a sport, thank goodness that she's such a GREAT baby!! We are so glad that Julz and Pops came to visit, but we are really sad that they had to leave. We love you and MISS YOU SO MUCH!!!!
